Planning for tomorrow’s visitors

It has been a pleasure working with our client Harbour Trust on a multi-staged visitor data collection project.  If you are out and about at Headland Park, Mosman (Sydney) over the NSW October long weekend, look out for the team in Hi-Viz vests as we continue to undertake important data collection to inform future planning for this tourism hot spot.

Great strategy starts with great people

The Mayvin Global team came together from across Sydney, Greater Sydney, the Southern Highlands, the Gold Coast, and the Northern Rivers for two days of strategic thinking, reconnection, and creativity — beautifully facilitated by our colleague and friend, Kirsty Simmonds.

As a small business, we understand the power of pressing pause to reflect, plan, and realign. It’s a principle we share with our clients — and one we proudly practise ourselves.

We mixed thinking with fun in true Sydney and Mayvin style - plenty of food, sharing dumplings, a Thai feast, to a perfume-making session with Sage Cosmetic Coaching and a little sweet treat from Sugar Pop Bakery. Here’s to practicing what we preach.

She Leads Gold Coast Schools Summit – Empower. Lead. Change

At Mayvin Global, we’re passionate about championing women and women-led businesses and that commitment extends to supporting the next generation of female leaders. So, it was truly inspiring to learn about the inaugural She Leads Education Summit, held on the Gold Coast last week.

Our Account Manager, Sally Cominos Dakin’s youngest daughter played a pivotal role in this trailblazing initiative.

Designed by young women for young women, the summit aimed to empower future female leaders by bringing together students from schools across the region in a vibrant, collaborative environment.

Focused on leadership, gender equality, and shaping the future, the summit celebrated innovation and strength. It provided a unique platform for girls to reflect on their ambitions and explore the challenges they may face as they step into influential roles in society.

Congratulations to St Hilda's School’s dynamic Meta Masters Group for coordinating and hosting such an event and congratulations to all the schools and students who participated. We look forward to hearing more about this initiative. Event highlights here.
